Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
2. Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
3. Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
4. Totals price and tax on merchandise purchased by customer to determine bill.
5. Accepts payment and makes change.
6. Removes and records amount of cash in register at end of shift.
7. Calculates sales discount to determine price.
8. Keeps record of sales, prepares inventory of stock, and orders merchandise.

Retail Sales Store Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Directs compliance of staffs with established retail policies, procedures, and standards such as safekeeping of company funds and property, and adherence to policies governing acceptance and processing of customer credit card charges, maintenance, product return, and Customer Protection Act.
2. Inspects premises to ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety and environmental codes and ordinances.
3. Reviews operational records and reports of store managers to project sales and to determine store profitability.
4. Coordinates sales and promotional activities of store managers.
5. Analyzes marketing potential of the store and recommends promotions to create more sales opportunities.
6. Coaches sales staffs and makes sure that their Product Knowledge is timely updated.

Required Experience : 4 Years in Retail Sales and Preferred in Telecommunication Products

Senior Retail Sales Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
2. Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
3. Coaches the Retails Sales Specialists and delivers on-the-job-training to them.
4. Obtains merchandise requested by customer or receives merchandise selected by customer.
5. Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
6. Totals price and tax on merchandise purchased by customer to determine bill.
7. Removes and records amount of cash in register at end of shift.
8. Calculates sales discount to determine price.
9. Keeps record of sales, prepares inventory of stock, and orders merchandise.
